  •         Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field  

  •       Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management

  •       Experience in the energy industry is a plus

  •       Demonstrated success in creating and implementing sales strategies

  •       Strong leadership and team management skills

  •       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  •       Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

  •       Fluent in Vietnam and proficient in English

     The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team to drive the company's growth in the North Region. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, create sales strategies, and provide customized solutions to customers. 
- Researching energy markets in foreign markets.
- Promoting the development of overseas markets.
- Establishing and enhancing relationships with customers and collaborators in the energy industry.
- Proposing sales policies that are appropriate for the market.
- Developing and constructing a competent sales team.
